SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed on the website from time to time. For all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional shipping charge will be applied at checkout based on your location of delivery. The order will usually take 5-6 days to reach your doorstep. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.
An additional handling fee is applied for all cash-on-delivery purchases.
Cancellation Policy
Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
REFUND Policy
On single purchases we only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision taken by us), provided that you reach out to our team within 3 days of delivery of said Order. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer.
